Shipping and handling: Low and Simple shipping rate, Fast Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges, which includes labor, materials, and third-party
insurance that are not shown on the postage label. We purchase shipping insurance and tracking for all the
packages we send out.

Tracking info will be sent to you via email when the order is shipped. If you do not receive an email containing
your shipping information by the end of the business day, please check your spam box or email us.

Our shipping is fast. Items purchased before noon (Pacific Time), Monday though Friday, are typically
shipped the same day with very few exceptions. Enjoy the Fast Shipping!!

US Domestic Shipping:

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx

Our Standard (default) shipping is USPS Priority Mail / 1st Class or UPS Ground depends on the weight, size,
and the destination. The new US Domestic shipping rate as follows:

Expedited Shipping - USPS Express Mail, UPS / FedEx 2nd Day, Next Day are available for US Domestic
shipping.

International Shipping:

We offer USPS Priority International and USPS Express Mail (EMS) for all international shipping. Tracking and
shipping insurance are included.

1. USPS Priority Small (Flat Rate) Box / Envelope: For small items, shipping insurance is included but
.    tracking is not available for this shipping method. Please limit to small size and low value (under $200)
.    orders only, Thanks!!

2. USPS Priority International:    will take 7~10 business days for delivery, tracking and shipping
.    insurance are included.

3. USPS Express Mail Service (EMS): will take 3~5 business days for delivery, tracking and shipping
.    insurance are included. EMS has better tracking info than Priority International.
