Shipping and handling: Low and Simple shipping rate, Fast Shipping
We ship with:
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges, which includes labor, materials and third-party
insurance that are not shown on the postage label. Our shipping is fast. Items purchased before noon (Pacific
Time) Monday though Friday, and by 10:00 AM on Saturday, are typically shipped the same day, with very few
exceptions. Enjoy the Fast Shipping!!
Our default shipping is USPS Priority /1st Class Mail, orders over 4 lb will be upgraded to UPS Ground. The new
Low US Domestic shipping rate as follows:

If the order total is under $30, the order will ship via First Class Mail, or Priority Mail, depends on the weight. If the
order total is $30 or more, the order will ship via Priority Mail in the US.
International Shipping and Ordering: We offer USPS Priority International and USPS Express Mail (EMS) for all
international shipping. Tracking and shipping insurance are included.
Just added the USPS Priority Envelope to international shipping. There is no tracking info nor shipping insurance
available for this shipping method. Please limit to small size and low value items only, thanks!!
The shipping info will be sent to you via email when the order is shipped. If you do not receive an email containing
your shipping information by the end of the business day, please check your spam box or email us.
Backorders
We make every effort to ensure that everything listed for sale on the web site is available for immediate shipment,
but in the event of high demand some items may sell out before they can be removed from the website. In the event
of a backorder, the buyer will be informed of the estimated time of the backorder and can decide whether to wait for
the order to ship complete, or cancel the order for a full refund. In the event that the backorder is expected to be
more than two weeks, the order my be cancelled and refunded automatically. As with everything that we do,
communication is key, and the buyer will be fully informed throughout the process.
Sales Tax
State laws require that we charge 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California.
Warranty
Most of our LED flashlights are covered by the manufacturer's Warranties. For products not covered under their
manufacturer warranties, EliteLED offers a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for
products we sell. This limited warranty extends for 90 days from the date of purchase - unless stated otherwise on
our website. During the warranty period, EliteLED will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product that
proves to be defective. Alteration to, misuse of, or over drive product with improper power source, such as
rechargeable batteries, voids this warranty and relieve EliteLED of any further obligation to the customer.
Returns
Your satisfaction on every purchase is very important to us. You can return the item within 15 days for an exchange
or refund. All non-defective returns, items must be in their original condition. Refunds are subject to a 15%
re-stocking fee. For all returns, please first contact us by email support@eliteled.com for a RMA number. No return
will be processed without a valid RMA number. All returns must be sent within 10 days after the RMA number is
issued. Shipping and Handling fee is not refundable. Please pack the item in its original box with all the accessories
and ship your item prepaid.
